A large double bedroom is becoming available in a lovely, spacious two-bedroom apartment in Hulme, just a short distance from Manchester city centre. The video linked to this ad is of the bedroom which is available.

Although my current flatmate is officially moving out at the end of December, the flat will be vacated from 14th November for anybody who requires an earlier move in date.

The bedroom comes with a brand-new double bed and bed frame, and a cupboard. The rest is open to your creativity!

The apartment itself is bright, open and spacious, with a large living room, a well-sized kitchen and plenty of communal space. I've personally bought all the kitchen appliances and equipment, which I'm more than happy to share.

There is an additional room upstairs connected to the terrace. I currently use this as a home-gym and an area to dry clothes, but I have also got an office desk, chair and monitor up there as a wfh space. I no longer wfh in my role so I am happy to let any potential new flatmates use my equipment if they require it to wfh.

There's also a balcony and access to the outside terrace with a seating area – perfect for relaxing when the weather allows!

The building has recently undergone external cladding renovations on all sides, giving it a fresh, updated appearance.

Location-wise, it's really convenient:

Just a short distance from Manchester city centre.

A little about me:

I'm a working professional in corporate finance. I'm easy-going, tidy and considerate, and ideally looking for someone with a similar outlook who wants a comfortable, relaxed place to call home.

I leave for work around 7am every weekday, i'm at the gym after work and don't usually get back home until late evening so you won't see me much during the week!

I would ideally prefer a professional to move in with me. I've lived with professionals for the last 7 years, both males and females and the lifestyles are much easier to align with.

I'm a big football fan, I love going out and socialising and making plans with friends. The flat is a very social place on weekends too!

I have lived in the current property for nearly 4 years, my flatmate has relocated to China, so I find myself looking for someone new to move in as I really don't want to move out. The flat is such good value for what it offers and i'd rather find somebody to take the room than find a new place altogether!

I have a girlfriend who normally stays with me a couple of times throughout the week, in case that is an issue for anybody.
