Hi,

I hope you’re doing well. We have a spacious double room available in a clean and peaceful house near Manchester city centre.

A little about us: we are a friendly married couple, and I am currently a PhD student who works from home. We are easy-going, respectful, and welcoming, but also fairly quiet and enjoy our own company and personal space. We also share the house with another clean and considerate flatmate.

The rent is £650 per month, including all bills, Wi-Fi, parking, storage space, and access to the garden, kitchen, and living room.
