My flatmate has recently moved in with her boyfriend, so I'm looking for someone to take over her room in our lovely 2-bedroom flat. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can move in by the end of this week 😊

About the flat:

- Right next to Hulme park and just a 10-minute walk from Deansgate station
- One shared bathroom
- Rent is £490 per month per person
- Council Tax (Band A), energy, water and Wi-Fi come to around £160 per person, per month
- £650 total rent and bills
- Free parking outside the building with a free resident's permit, or secure gated parking available for £50/month
- The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table (extra storage is available in the communal areas if needed)

About me:
I’m a 27 year old professional who works 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home. During the week I like to go the gym, swim and chill out at home. On weekends I love a night out or a night in, going on walks, out for food and am always up for socialising with friends and my new flatmate!
