We are looking for a lodger for our flat - we as in myself and my daughter (actually 12, not 18- this site doesn't seem to have a child option).

Currently my daughter is here about half the time, and I am here full time. However we are increasingly spending our time as my partners place, so in addition to the room, you will have the kitchen, bathroom and living room to yourself quite a lot, making it a good deal I think.

No preferences to sexual orientation or race, yes we are lgbtq+ friendly and not fascists. :)

The room is small but cosy, with a big double bed and a view onto trees at the back of the flats. If you don't know the area, it's close to town but has quite a big communal garden area to the back so you get lots of bird song.

Electricity and gas are on a meter, and we can work out a sharing arrangement. Water is included, so is wi-fi.

We're not expecting any council tax contribution.
