Double room:
£750pcm (en suite)

Looking for a female flatmate to take over the remaining tenancy until 22/09/2024.(female-only, sorry) I am a former flatmate who is moving out at the end of June or the beginning of July. The moving-in date can be discussed.

The double room is located in the Burlington Square Apartment which is a great location for whoever enjoys the convenience of life near University of Manchester. You would have En-suite. For the living room, you have all the facilities including a dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

We are looking for someone who is organized for the common area and respects individual space.

Female professionals are welcome but you need to pay the council tax alone. (council tax band c)

You would be sharing with my lovely roommate who is a student who is studying at UoM. She is friendly and easygoing. She would be away for a while during the holidays.

Please don't hesitate to contact me for more details.
