Looking for a housemate in a flat shared between 2.

You will be sharing with a full-time undergrad mature student.
Ideally a full-time student is preferred but full time working professionals are welcome.

House is mostly furnished with most utensils, kitchen appliances owned by me.
May need to purchase your own desk and a chair if you need to work from home in your room (could negotiate with the current housemate and take them over from them if you'd like)

I don't host parties and try to maintain the space comfortable for everyone but time to time, I have a friend coming over to stay for a couple days on his off days every other month and I will always ask for your permission in prior their visit.
Happy to let you do the same, as long as given notice prior to visit.
