It's also ideal for someone who works in old Trafford, Trafford park and Salford area. It's around 30 mins walk to Universities, of course dependant on which building etc.

The house is ideal for someone who wants a quiet, clean environment to live. The other 3 residents are all professionals, very respectful, friendly and clean. So no house parties, loud music etc :)
