I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for this ensuite double room in Flat 74, Denmark Road.

The Room:
This is a "Corner Room" (Room B), meaning it only has one shared wall. It is significantly quieter than the other rooms. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, plenty of storage, and a private ensuite bathroom. It is on the ground floor outwards facing into a garden and fence, and very quiet.

The Flat:
You will be sharing the kitchen/living area with only 3 other housemates. Two are 4th year student who who likely be out of the flat over the summer. One is a PHD student in BioMed. Because it’s a 4-person flat, the kitchen is never busy and there is plenty of fridge space (we have two fridges).

Rent: £222.50 per week. Available from: 13th June.
