Looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in a cosy, fully furnished 2-bed flat just minutes from the city centre. The flat has a lovely balcony, plenty of natural light, and bus stops only a 3-minute walk away. Parking is available too.

You’ll be sharing with one chilled, clean guy and his very friendly cat, so you’ll need to be cool with pets. Ideally looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful, and relaxed.

I’m a big foodie and movie/series buff, always up for sharing a meal and watching something together, but I also appreciate my own downtime and give others theirs.
