Hi everyone,
My spareroom will become available on the 1st of June. I am looking for someone to live with us and to treat it as home.
The person will stay at a double bedroom- ensuite- rent is £750 a month.
Bills are all included.
The house is new and everything is new.
The house is 4 mins on foot from St Neots station and there is an allocated parking slot.
I work 4 days a week, so I am away all days pretty much. My partner works from home half of the month.
Limited access to living space as our desks are downstairs when we work from home. Absolutely you will have access to kitchen. Feel free to-use kitchen/ kitchenware.
The room is advertised on Airbnb as well. Daily rate is £45!
