I have a single room available from 22nd March 2026 as my Student after 1 yrs is now moving.

I am an experienced Host Family for International Students and Professionals for the last 5 years working with several agencies with a clean DBS. I have everything on site for tenant to use as its full furnished for tenants eg cutlery, crockery. linen bedding etc..

I am a private landlady looking for a quiet clean and honest person to share my home.
My room has a single bed, desk, wardrobe with WIFI
You would be sharing the kitchen and bathroom.

Ideal for a professional or student. Very quiet block of flats and area.
£650 pcm all bills included. Low Deposit of £650 required for room and keys ( this is a set price please do not ask for a discount as everything is spilt equally)

We have no visitors or sleepovers in the property.


I am a disabled fully vaccinated up to date and would need my tenant also to be vaccinated up to date as I have a low immune system due to health reasons
