I am a private landlady looking for a quiet clean and honest person to share my home.
My room has a desk, sofa, side tables with WIFI
You would be sharing the kitchen and bathroom.

Ideal for a professional or student. Very quiet block of flats and area.
£800 pcm all bills included. Deposit of £800 required for room and keys ( this is a set price please do not ask for a discount as everything is spilt equally)

We have no visitors or sleepovers in the property.


I am a disabled fully vaccinated up to date and would need my tenant also to be vaccinated up to date as I have a low immune system due to health reasons
