I have a Large, spacious double room available so I'm looking for a lodger in a quiet, clean home. £850 per month with all bills included and a £350 deposit.

Ideal for someone who appreciates their own privacy and a calm environment. You will have full use of the kitchen and bathroom. Please note that the living room and garden are kept private and not included for use. This suits someone who likes having their own personal space.

Excellent transport links — only a 5-minute walk to Ilford Station (Elizabeth Line) and Barking Station, perfect for easy access to central London and surrounding areas.

Looking for a clean, reliable and respectful person. References, ID and proof of employment will be needed at the viewing.

Viewings can be arranged first. If you are happy to proceed, you pay your deposit and first month’s rent on the day you move in, and your lodger agreement will be provided and signed at that time.
