One room is available in a 5 bedroom upmarket family house. Not the usual 'Refurbished-for-Renting' property.
All bills (Council Tax, electricity, gas, water, internet Tv license) is included to the level of reasonable use, hence the higher than usual price.
Two rooms are already gone to young graduates from India working in the City.
We are looking for one more.

We recently extended and refurbished the house for ourselves (not for letting), but have temporarily relocated to Ireland for work.
Spacious bedrooms, modern, fully equipped, bespoke, open plan kitchen-dining room-living room and large garden. Bikeshed in the front yard.

Only letting out 3 rooms as we don't want the house to be overcrowded and run down. Just want to cover the bills. Also my wife and myself are back in London for a few days time to time, so we keep one room for ourselves for these occasions. (the fifth room is a small boxroom, not for rent)

I'm looking for professionals who are tidy, clean, sociable, who will pay their rent on time and treat the house like their home.

The rent is for single occupancy. For couples it's £1300/room in case everyone in the house agrees to take a couple aboard.
