Hello! I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for around 4 months, from the beginning of October until the end of January (dates are slightly flexible!).

🛏️ The room is really spacious and comes with:
- A huge, super comfy super king bed (with under-bed storage)
- Large wardrobe
- Your own en-suite bathroom

🏡 The flat itself is a lovely two-bed that's bright, modern and spacious! It has:
- An open-plan living room/kitchen with loads of natural light
- An office
- Two balconies
- Plenty of storage throughout

📍 Location: Gants Hill (Central Line)
• 1 minute walk to the station (literally on our doorstep 🙌)
• Around 25 mins to Liverpool Street & 35 mins to Tottenham Court Road
• Sainsburys right next door, plus plenty of food spots and a lovely little café down the road
• 5 minute walk to beautiful Valentine's Park 🌳
• Just a couple of stops from Leytonstone & Wanstead for great pubs, cafés and restaurants

💸 Rent: £950pcm + bills (roughly £200/month)

You'll be living with my lovely friend Beth. She's 26, works as a Social Creative and is easy-going, friendly and tidy. She's up for an occasional cosy evening in with some picky bits, or a cheeky pint at the pub 🍺

We're looking for someone who's kind, considerate, clean and tidy, and happy to socialise now and again - but also appreciates having their own space. A hybrid worker would probably suit the rhythm of the flat best, but it's not a dealbreaker!
