We have a double furnished room available In Hainault/ Chigwell. It’s About 7 minutes walk to the station ( grange hill on the central line) or 10 minutes walk to Hainault station on the central line) or the bus stop is right outside the door which takes you to either. Rent inc all bills ( internet, gas, electricity, council tax and water). Free parking outside. I also have a small Maltese dog called Mika. She’s very friendly. There is extra storage space in the two cupboards. With extra hanging space for clothes. There is more storage space under the bed. It’s a 4 bedroom house. With 2 bathrooms both with showers. The room has a double bed, drawers, wardrobe and table. We are all easygoing, clean and like to catch up over a glass of wine but also respect eachothers space.
