We are a local family business that does not involve agents, we are not affiliated with the East 15 acting school, although we have been only renting to East 15 students for the past 7 years and our properties were purchased with the sole intention of renting to students that attend courses there so you will only be sharing with other East 15 Students.
We pride ourselves on being quick to respond to maintenance issues and try to visit within 24 hours of any problem arising.
All of our properties have been visited by the private sector housing team from Epping Forest District Council and have all passed the HMO accreditation scheme & we have been granted the appropriate licence. All of the properties have the following and will be provided to the students prior to moving in
1. Current and up to date Gas Safety Certificate
2. Current Electrical safety certificate
3. Energy performance certificate
4. Fitted and tested carbon monoxide alarms
5. Fitted and tested smoke alarms
