We have a room available in Barkingside, the current residents are myself, my brother and my mother, as we are slowly moving out of our family home, some of our rooms are becoming available and therefore we decided to give them up for rent if anyone wished to stay here.

Our home is 10mins from Barkingside station where you have access to the central line, it is also 5mins from Barkingside high street and <1min from Barkingside Big Tesco.

The room is en suite with a shower, basin and toilet, it is also detached from the main house as it is situated in our back garden. This allows you to have your own private and personal space. The kitchen is shared and the amenities are included. Since it is in the back garden it also has access to outside via our back gate so you are free to go wherever you like and come back whenever without disturbing anyone else in the household.
