Looking to let my furnished second bedroom out in my flat, 2-3 nights per week. Looking for a maximum of 3 months at the moment but that’s subject to change.

I’m busy at work Monday to Friday. Like to chill in the evenings and go to bed at a reasonable time.

Great access to the city via the Central Line. 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride on the 275 to Woodford tube, Zone 4.

Close to the A406 North Circular and M11 should you wish to drive. Free off street parking available.

Quite flat, respectful of the neighbours. I’m looking for a working professional, someone who is tidy and respectful.
