I am looking for a flatmate to move into the flat I’m currently living in on 1st April 2026 (dates can be flexible).

Apartment Details🏠: It is a fully furnished spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom flat located in East London. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom! Apartment building has a concierge on-site and ‘The Gym Group’ gym is located in the building for which you get a discounted price. There are common working spaces and a cinema room in the building. Sainsbury’s located right opposite the building (Tesco and Lidl 5 mins away) and the Elizabeth line tube station is a 5 mins walk away

About you: Looking for a flatmate that is clean, responsible and respectful about personal space.

Important Info: Rent per month per person is £750 excluding bills. Bills come up £160 per month per person!

You do get what you pay for here - a lot of space, sharing with just one (amazing) flatmate and great commute anywhere in London and a gym in the building!
