Lovely and clean double bedroom in a 2-bedroom flat. Shared bathroom and a separate toilet. Spacious kitchen with dinning table, washing machine and dish washer.

There are stairs in the flat (the flat is on two floors).

The house is located in the residential area of Loughton.

Flat is on quiet street. Yet a few minutes walk to main street with transport links and many shops and restaurants. Supermarkets are also short walk away (including the new Epping Forest retail park).

It's also close to a beautiful Epping Forest and Roding Valley Recreational Ground. College and E15 Acting School are all within a few minutes walk so the location is convenient if you don't drive.

It is also walking distance to Loughton and Debden tube stations both on central line that goes directly to the city centre (about 30mins),

The flat is tidy, warm and cosy and I’m looking to share with someone who is tidy, considered, friendly and will treat the place as their own.

£850 including all bills and wifi with £500 deposit upfront.

I can also provide pillows, duvet and set of bed linen.
