I have a spare double bedroom in a two-bed house available within 4 minutes walking distance to Grange Hill underground station (Central Line) and with easy transport access to Hainault and Chigwell underground stations. If you are looking for a nice location then look no further, the house is on a quiet road adjacent to Grange Hill Underground Station and very convenient if you work near the City/Canary Wharf area & is ideally located around 45 minutes via train or 30 minutes to Stratford/Westfields. There are also local amenties including an off licence, Coffee shops, a barber and take aways within 5 minutes walking distance.

All bills included in the rent.

The house is on a really safe and quiet road and situated in a nice part of the borough. It has 2 floors, a garden and space for a car in the driveway. The house is also very spacious/peaceful and you would only be sharing it with myself the homeowner so it will never be too busy in the house.

A bit about me: I am 38 years of old, family oriented, educated individual. I work as a professional in the Banking/Financial Services industry and work in the city a few times every week. I am a pretty chilled out/modern person and get on with pretty much everyone, I am pretty relaxed around rules but would only ask to keep the house clean and mainly in the shared areas. Some of my interests involve playing & watching sports, eating out and going to the occasional bars on weekends mainly.

Please note, the living room is not part of the agreeement. I am away every so often so you will still practically have the house to yourself. The house is pretty big and you will have garden access and parking space in the drive if required.
