We are looking for a single person student/professional for our spacious double bedroom. It’s a two bedroom ground floor flat comes with separate family bathroom as the master bedroom is ensuit. There is a shared kitchen and a balcony. The property is 2/3 mins walking distance from bus stops EL1 & EL3 towards barking or ilford. Barking riverside overground station is 8/10 mins walking distance. There is a co op supermarket within a minute walking distance.
