Hi all,

I thought I would put the feelers out to see if anyone would be interested in lodging at ours. We have just moved from Leyton to Newbury Park, to be closer to the in-laws.
My husband (Sathesh) is Tamil South Indian born and raised in London and I'm from up north!
We are both quite relaxed and gone are my party days, but he likes going out and about and having a drink or two. I'm into books, walks and chilling and would like to get into gardening. He likes football, history and BBQs.
I would like our lodger to feel at home with us, even though I know it's hard to live in a space with a landlord/ a married couple but you would have your own space and peace. I'm not a fan of passive-aggressive communication and prefer just to sort out any issues when they arise.
We have a large garden, and although there's no en-suite there is a wet room as well as the bathroom. Please let me know your budget and a little about yourself.
