I have a large spacious room to let with double bed. Bathroom shared with 1 other person.

The house is 5 minutes walk from Redbridge tube station (central Line) with Westfield Stratford about 10 mins away and Central London 20 mins away.

The house includes a well equipped kitchen and open shared living room space with a nice well maintained patio garden.

Redbridge has two local corner shops, one with a petrol station (Pret a Manger included).

Wanstead village is 15 mins walk away with lots of local deli style shops, cafes, including a Ginger Pig butchers and a Gail's bakery.

Current housemates include a semi retired Nurse who loves to cook for others and binge watch detective sitcoms and Escape to the Country. Second housemate works in the health sector too.

I am looking for a working professional, non smoking, who can keep their place clean and neat and can respect others privacy.
