Hi there! I own this modern, high-spec flat in Barking Riverside, but I am relocating abroad for work this August, so I am looking for someone fantastic to take my place.
You’ll be moving into a bright, fully furnished double bedroom with plenty of storage. While the room isn't en-suite, you will have exclusive, sole use of the main family bathroom.
The heart of the flat is a great open-plan kitchen and living space, which features a massive, comfy L-shaped sofa and a high-quality TV setup. It opens up onto a private terrace that steps right out into a quiet, shared resident garden.

Because of that, I’m looking for a single, full-time professional (aged 26+) who will match that peaceful, respectful vibe. This is definitely a home rather than a party house. While having friends over for dinner or a casual drink is completely fine, I need someone who will keep the flat a quiet, relaxing space.
The Details
Rent: £1,150 per month – absolutely everything included (Council Tax, Wi-Fi, utilities, gym, and co-working space).
Deposit: £1,150 (One month's rent).
Availability: Full-time let, available for a maximum of 2 years.
House Rules: Strictly non-smoking.
