Gorgeous, totally self-contained sunny room with king-size bed, en-suite, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV & Netflix.

Located a minute from the A406, 5 mins to M11, 15 mins to M25, with free parking. Overground from Highams Park (8 min walk to station): 20 mins to Liverpool Street, 5 mins to Walthamstow Central Victoria Line.

It’s a lovely room. King size bed, cotton sheets, fluffy towels (linen replaced weekly if required), good sized shower, desk and chair. Fast internet. Blackout curtains.

I’m a 56 year old woman who works from home and there’s also a friendly cat. I’m a very private person, seeking similar. LGBTQ+ ally.

Not ideal as a working from home space as I do and there is also noisy building work happening, I hope this downside is factored into the price.

Rent reduction for Monday to Friday-ers.
