Our housemate of six years has just moved in with his girlfriend, so we have a freshly refurbished room available to rent. The house is located in Seven Kings and is just a ten-minute walk from the Elizabeth line station, which offers quick and easy travel straight into central London.

The property is incredibly spacious, featuring two full bathrooms and an extra toilet, so there is never a wait in the mornings. We have some amazing extra perks here, including a pool table inside the house and our own private gym set up in the garden shed. We also have a massive garden that is perfect for the summer and grows lots of fresh fruit.

We are looking for a reliable, tidy housemate to replace our old friend and join our home. To keep things comfortable for everyone, we maintain a strictly smoke-free environment with no smoking allowed inside the house. We enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, but we keep the home quiet, respectful, and peaceful, so please note that this is not a party house.
