All bills are included and you have free range of the open plan downstairs with large kitchen dining and lounge area. You are welcome to use the house as if it was your own, cook, work at the large dining table, watch netflix etc. There is a large patio immediately accesses from the kitchen too.

The house is beautifully situated by the river Wharfe and park with a 10 minute walk to the train station and 5 minutes to the restaurants bars cafes and shops.

Currently my daughter lives there , she is a nurse, and one other who is a Monday to Friday let, Robbie literally just sleeps there, you hardly know he's in. We are a very relaxed quiet house with high standards of cleanliness and respect.

The house and its situation is very special, and peaceful, perfect springboard to your next step in life !

I have started to live in Scotland, so my daughter and lodger will be your housemates, they are very friendly and work full time. Often they are away too so you will have plenty of space. There are 2 timid cats in the house too, however they are not evident and keep put of the way, except one who might investigate when you are cooking.
