I’m looking for someone to take over my lease.
The room is situated on a Kensington street, 7 min walk from the Kensington palace gardens and Hyde Park. 7-10 min walk to the Gloucester rd underground station.

The room is very spacious and I have managed to fit comfortably my own “lounge”, dining area and bed. The building doesn’t have a shared living space but you do share a kitchen with the other occupants. You also share a bathroom / shower room which has lots of showers and toilets available on each floor of the building.

There’s roughly 25 other occupants but everyone is extremely respectful and kind from all walks of life.
