I'm Maria, a 26 year-old Spanish PR professional in the AI space looking to sublet my room in a shared house from the first week of July (around the 4th July) until the beginning of October. (10th). The house has a lovely backyard with a bbq for the summer season. Also, the flatmates are really nice! We are aged between 24-32, but there's no really age limit to rent the room. The room has the view to the patio so there's no noise at all and really quiet.
