Looking for someone tidy to rent the second ensuite single room in a 2-bed girls' flat in-between Earl's Court and Holland Park. Ideal for a daily central commuter.
The flat/room:
Cozy, modern flat on the first floor. Has all the needed amenities (including a dryer). The room is single (small-ish, would not fit a desk but there's room in the shared living space to work) and will make use of plenty of storage outside. It has its own (shower) bathroom and small Juliette balcony.
Not much of a party flat, but hosting cozy dinner parties is definitely welcome.
I rent the flat from my friends who live abroad and I definitely treat it with the love and care it deserves.
Transport:
Very well-connected.
Earl's Court Station is in 5mins walk
3x bus stops all within 1-2 mins
Me:
I try my best to lead a healthy lifestyle in general - love cooking (Middle Eastern food-sharing absolutely included and sous chefs welcome). Also into Yoga, running, hiking.
I'm a flexible human; up for a chat and post-dinner convos. I’ve lived in multiple shared settings and I respect personal space but have also ended up being super good friends with former flatmates. I’m equally an ambivert. As such, I do enjoy my wind down time.
I work most of the week from home, so someone who spends a good deal of it working outside is preferable.
The agreement:
Flexible on this one; open to offer a rolling monthly agreement with a max one year term. The rental amount covers the Council Tax but does not cover utility bills.
By all means, get in touch,
Tala
