I'm finishing up my studies at Imperial College and will be moving out soon, but I still have some belongings left in the room that I'll need to come back to collect in June.
Would you be interested in taking over the room from mid-May? If so, would you be okay with me leaving a few of my things there until mid-June when I come back to pick them up?
The location is really great so there's quite a bit of interest in the place. My contract runs until August, but I've spoken with a lady who is happy to take on the lease directly. If you're able to stay from mid-May through to the end of September, the original rent is £320pw, but she's willing to cover part of it, bringing it down to £290pw for you.
