Hello! My flatmate is moving out, and I’m looking for someone to take up their double bedroom from the 7th of April. The minimum term is the 4 months remaining on the lease. If we're both happy with how things are going, I'd be totally open to extending the contract beyond this.
The room is light, large, and has a built-in wardrobe, with additional storage under the bed. The flat as a whole has been recently refurbished and includes a modern kitchen, a spacious living room, and a small balcony. There’s a dishwasher, washing machine, and a large fridge/freezer, alongside all the usual kitchen appliances. It’s in a quiet area, with immediate access to both the green spaces of Barnes and Putney’s restaurant/café/bakery scene. Putney Bridge and Barnes Station are both a 15 minute walk. Bills are typically around £100 a month - the flat is in Council Tax band B.
I’m preferably looking for a reasonably tidy young professional or student. I’m a 26 year old software developer, and, when I’m not at work, I enjoy running, cooking, and reading (please see the living room bookshelf - it’s my pride and joy). I’m quiet, also reasonably tidy, and happy to share whatever desserts I bake.
If you’re interested in the room, or would just like additional details, please feel free to get in touch!
