A bright single room is available on the top floor of our friendly 3-bed flat, spread over the top two floors of a beautiful Victorian house on Homestead Road. We're just minutes from both Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway stations, a short walk to the river and some of the best cafés and pubs in London around the corner (plus shops with all the amenities very close by too).
The flat has a spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge with unreal natural lighting for optimal winter time seritonin. In terms of the amenities, we have big and fancy fridge/freezer (with filtered water and an ice machine) washer/dryer, and dishwasher. It’s a lovely shared space to cook, chill, and hang out in the evenings!
The room is furnished, has great storage (including a large wardrobe), and is on the top floor - so it’s peaceful with great views and loads of natural light.
Bills (WiFi, gas/electric, council tax, water) come to approx £90/month, sometimes a little more in winter.
We’re a social but respectful flat - down to watch TV together, catch up after work, or head to a local pub for a quiz or pint. We’re also friendly with our neighbours and have drinks in their garden in the summer! We’re looking for someone chilled, friendly and tidy who wants a home rather than just a place to live. As 2 guys it would be cool to have a girl join the flat for balance, but open to everyone!
Move in is flexible from start to mid September.
