A bright spacious room on the first floor in this quiet, residential area with easy access to the stunning views of the river just south of Hammersmith bridge. Original tiled flooring, and original period details with a small garden for outdoor dining. My black labrador, Kaia, loves to welcome you home with a stick or pair of socks and is open to hanging out if you ever fancy it. Looking for someone reasonably quiet but happy to share the space and the odd meal perhaps. Hoping for light humour and an easy going disposition. There are 2 rooms on the first floor, I and my labrador are in one and the room to let is the other one. The other bedroom is on the top floor. There is one other person in that room. I tend to leave the house early - usually before 8am - and return early so someone with a slightly later agenda would work well. The house is comfortably furnished and Hammersmith is ten minutes walk or a five minute bus ride away, as is Fulham Broadway. The River Cafe, Riverside Studios, and Fulham Broadway cinemas, bars and restaurants are all close by. The riverfront is two streets away with its bars, cinemas, restaurants and parks. The area is very green and natural and would suit someone who enjoys a less urban environment. Transport connections are excellent with the PIcadilly, District and Hammersmith and City lines, a bus depot and Heathrow airport just 20 minutes away. There is the added advantage of Charing Cross hospital a few streets away for any emergencies.
