Hi!
I'm looking for a professional or a full-time student for a regular Monday-to-Friday arrangement (3 or 4 nights a week). Room available from August.
It’s perfect if you commute to London for work during the week and head back home for the weekend.
The flat was fully refurbished 6 months ago.
You’ll have exclusive use of a very large (25sqm) and bright living room conversion.
It includes:
A high-quality, handmade Willow & Hall sofa bed with a proper spring mattress for a good night's sleep. It folds away easily to give you plenty of space during the day.
Your own fully-fitted kitchen, dining table, and washing machine right in the room. The bathroom is the only shared space.
The flat is on the 2nd floor with no lift.
Location:
Super central (Zone 1/2). You are a 2-minute walk to Earl’s Court Station (Warwick Road entrance) and 3 minutes to West Brompton. Buses (C1, C3, 74, 328) are just 30 seconds away, and it's walking distance to Chelsea & Westminster Hospital.
A bit about the home:
The rent is £1,000 a month and everything is included (Council Tax, water, energy, and high-speed Wi-Fi).
The deposit is £250.
I work long hours and really value a clean, quiet, and peaceful environment to unwind after a busy day.
I'm looking for a respectful female guest who is a strict non-smoker.
No couples or overnight guests for either of us, ensuring the flat stays quiet and peaceful during the week.
Drop me a message if this sounds like a good fit for your weekly base in London!
