Rooms are partially furnished with desks, double beds and have en suites (one a shower and one a bath w shower head).

Flatmates are moving out in mid to late July, looking for replacements on the medium to long run.

It's a great flat with a large kitchen, dining and sitting area, with a few pubs and shops nearby.

Ideally, looking for someone nice and clean, respectful of common areas and just the basic stuff really - high bar, I know.

With bills ends up being about 1150-1200 a month.
