I am looking for someone to take over my room, this can either be as a sublet or a longer tenancy. There is one other flatmate who is lovely and works in the arts/theatre production.

Property - 2 bed flat, with a shared modern bathroom, large kitchen and petite living room.

Area - We are 5 mins from Putney Bridge tube station and a 10 minute walk to Parsons Green. It’s a lovely area and a very safe neighbourhood.

Rent + Bills - Rent will be £1306 + bills (~£200)

Move-In Date: 11th-12th July
