I am a Master’s student at Imperial, and I am looking for a tidy and respectful female student/working professional to join me at my flat in Chelsea for a 12 month lease (until early Sep 2026). A bit about me- I am a full-time student, and I enjoy going to the gym, running, baking, writing, and exploring new cafes!

Rent is £ 1400pm (excluding utilities, which would be approx £100/person/month, as well as council tax if not a student). It is a really beautiful flat in a quiet mansion block, with a secure gate at the entrance. Location is very close to King’s Road and Fulham Road, but still a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

The flat has a spacious, bright living room, kitchen (full fridge/freezer), washer/dryer, bathroom (shower/bathtub), and 2 bedrooms (picture attached is the room available).

Move-in date ASAP!
