The flat is a 2 bed 2 bath so we each have our own bathroom (but not ensuite). It has a large lounge and separate kitchen so there's plenty of space, and it's located right by Clapham Junction station so very convenient for commute into Central London.

The rental price covers all bills, council tax, wifi, etc.
