Hi guys posting on behalf of my flatmate!

Hello everyone!
My name is Alkiviadis (or Alkis) and I am an architect from Greece! I am 29 and I currently live in Battersea working full time in an architectural office in the area. Sadly, my flatmates (including Abla in the profile picture) are leaving the apartment, and I am looking for two new flatmates in our flat in Battersea.

Location…
The flat is just a 15 min walk from Clapham Junction, 10 min walk from Battersea Park and 25-30min walk from the Power Station. There are plenty of options nearby for supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury’s). Many options are also available for the bus lines nearby like N19, N31, 345, 44, N44, 344 towards the center (day and night).

About the flat…
It has 3 rooms in total, a spacious kitchen in which you can test your cooking skills, equipped with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwashing machine and plenty of storage spaces. The flat also has a bathroom, a W. C. and two small common storage spaces, one for our suitcases and one for our shoes. The 2 rooms have their own wardrobes and storages under the double bed as well as a drawer for your clothes.

Big room availability: from the 2nd of March (flexible)
Small room availability : from the 7th of May

The flat also has a balcony which is great for the summer and free parking for a bike per tenant at the flat entrance.

Resident parking permits are needed if you need to use the available parking spaces on the public road.
The rent is 902 GBP (small room) and 934 GBP (big room) and the bills are about 100-120 GBP per month.

I am looking for two new tenants ASAP as we are doing the paperwork for a tenancy changeover. This means that the current contract lasts until the 6th of November 2025 and can be renewed for a year.

Name change fees are 50 GBP + additional fees for the utilities.

I would like to hang out with my roommates at home or explore London together, but I respect everyone’s personal time and chill moments. We can watch series, cook dinner or go cycling together or visit the local pubs but we should also enjoy having our own relaxed downtime. So ideally, I am looking for people who would fit into this dynamic well!
