UPDATE: due to someone dropping out of the tenancy we need someone for the room who can move in ASAP, move in date as soon as possible.
A cute room in a nice residential bit of Fulham! Sharing with three other flatmates all in their early to mid twenties. Rent is £675 (VERY cheap for Fulham) and bills are usually around £100.
The Room:
Furnished with a double bed, big wardrobe and bedside table. The room is on the smaller side but has very high ceilings and a massive sash window so feels quite spacious! First photo is the room as it is now with my stuff in it, 2nd photo was taken by the agency before I moved in.
The Area:
On a nice residential street, 5 mins to the nearest bus stop, 10 mins to Fulham Road (loads of nice cafes, shops and restaurants), 15 minutes to Parsons Green and the District Line. There’s also a nice park 10 mins away and loads of supermarkets and shops nearby!
The Flatmates:
All in their early to mid 20’s, friendly and chill. Perfect for someone who wants somewhere quiet and calm to live in London.
What We’re Looking For:
A person in their 20’s who is easygoing and friendly. Another woman to keep the balance would be preferred but not absolutely vital. Must be lgbt+ or lgbt+ friendly.
