I am ideally looking to rent this room to a student, with a preference for those attending Imperial College, for the full academic year. But I will consider a full time student from other university, a working professional as well.

This room has been recently renovated and comes with brand-new furniture. You'll love the French doors that open directly onto your own private skywell, offering a unique and peaceful outdoor space.

While the toilet and shower are just outside your room, they are exclusively for your use, ensuring your privacy.

You'll also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances. There isn't a couch in the lounge, but there's an upright piano – if you enjoy playing, please let me know!
