My name is Florian and I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me from late August.

• About the flat 🏡:

The flat is located in the center of Parsons Green, a minute walk from the tube station.
You have access to a lot of shops (Waitrose, Co-Op) and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk. The landlord is honestly amazing and any issues are always fixed very quickly.

The flat is a 2 double bedroom with a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and a balcony.

Rent is £1300 pcm and the bills (WiFi, water, electricity and council tax) are around £200 pcm.

• About the room 🛌
A spacious double bed room that comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a chair and a set of drawers. The room is quite bright as you get the sun light from morning until late afternoon.

• About me 👨🏻

I’m a 34 year old gay French guy who’s been living in London for about 10 years and in the flat for 7 years. I work in retail so I get the random days off during the week (which means you get to enjoy the flat in peace during the weekends!)

I’m quite sociable but also an introvert so I usually spend my time off relaxing at home, watching TV, playing video games or going for small strolls around the area.

I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, clean and respectful. Ideally someone who doesn’t mind socialising in the living room - watch movies with but also has their own lives and respect each other’s privacy.

I’d love to find someone who share a similar mindset and treats the flat as a home rather than a flat share.
