(trans-)WOMEN ONLY! The flat is located only a 2-5 minute walk from Parsons Green tube station. There's a bus stop only a few seconds walk away as well with buses going into Central. I've lived in the flat for 3 years now and it became so homey to me, I will stay for as long as the landlady will have me! The spare room is a double room with a huge closet and storage space. There's 2 windows right onto the street which can be a little loud but just as bright with loads of natural light coming in so that saves money on electricity. The bathroom is very modern and has even been renovated last year. The kitchen is spacious, loads of storage space as well, and a dishwasher is included. As Fulham Road is a high street, there's loads of cute little independent shops and cafes around. I'm a very social person - mainly as I live away from home - so I would love a flatmate to have dinner with or watch silly reality TV shows. I am a creative and work in music and it would be a benefit if someone shares this passion as well as I am always in need of a +1 for gigs and events. I speak German and English fluently.
