In the apartment is me and my wife, we’ve our own en-suite bedroom. We’re in our 40’s, we are very clean and outgoing people and like socialising. We work both at the office or from home, depending on the week, we love cooking and often go out to bars and restaurants.
We will need to keep some storage in the room, if this is not an issue for you. Half wardrobe will be for your own use.

The location is awesome. We live in a Riverside development, with a gym (you are free to use it) and concierge.
Parking available in the development and can be rented out if you are interested.

It's a 6-minute walk to Wandsworth Town train station and 15 minutes’ walk to Clapham Junction.
Plenty of café, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants at short walking distance.
