Hi everyone! I am subletting my room in Chelsea from April 1st until the end of August. The room is fully furnished and ready to move in, and I will leave two sets of bedsheets, two towels, a duvet, as well as shelves, a desk and a bedside table etc. It is very bright, as I have just repainted it, and it faces the back gardens, making it a very quiet and peaceful space.

The flat is spacious and very comfortable, with a large living room and a terrace that is perfect for enjoying the London summer, as well as a fully equipped and spacious kitchen. You will be sharing with two Spanish girls who are working in London — they are very friendly, respectful and clean.

Bills are not included but usually range between £20–30 per month.
