Looking for a mature students/early professionals to team up and renew the current 3bedroom/1bathroom flat lease. The flat is 5min walk from Parsons Green Station, and 10 mins from Waitrose and Sainsbury's. A Sainsbury's Local is just around the corner. Plenty of interesting pubs and shops around. All our friends visited before find this area super safe.

The rent listed does not include bills. Water and energy bills amount to around £40 per person in summer, and £70 in winter. The broadband costs £20 per month in total. No council taxes at the moment since we are all students.

About us: I'm a 30m PhD at King's College London, spending most of the days in my office, but do work from home occasionally. I like music, films, cooking, and grabbing a drink and chatting with others. Luc is a recent Imperial graduate.
