I have a double room available in a lovely Fulham townhouse flat that I’ve been living in for the past 4 years and am hoping to find a new housemate to move in from the 13th of June. It’s £1000 per month with bills on top. Tenancy will be rolling, no contract.

The location is gorgeous, right by Bishops park and only an 8 minute walk to Putney Bridge tube station. I’m 28, a journalist, love river walks, tennis, picnics, and Pilates!
